No Call/No Show Policy for all live calls:

We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. However, to provide the best experience for all our clients, please note the following:

• If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
• Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice (no call/no show) will result in forfeiture of your scheduled date. Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued for missed appointments.
